Who We Are

In 1994, we opened a little shop on Clearwater Beach with the intention of creating a body adornment shop that focused on our clients. We felt we should offer a relaxing environment with the best customer service and highest industry standards.

Co-owners Monique Larson and Billy Mantilla came into business with very different backgrounds. They attended gauntlet piercing seminars in 1995 and advanced courses in 1996.

In 1997, we opened a location in Ybor City (Tampa, FL). That same year we launched

our jewelry manufacturing business Bella Designs.

Billy is a graduate gemologist, specializing in precious gems, 14k and 18k gold. He brings his piercing knowledge to his jewelry craft. He understands how a piece of body jewelry needs to custom fit each client and how it should be worn. This is often overlooked by most jewelers.

Billy hand makes all of our 14k gold jewelry, and can customize a design to fit a client’s needs and wants.

We are constantly working to keep ahead with changes in the industry. We pride ourselves by upholding the highest standards of hygiene, education and ethics.
